JANA MACHACKOVA-OEY

Jana Machackova-Oey is a Czech photographer living in Tampere, Finland. She graduated from the Condé Nast Centre in Shanghai as a Fashion photographer and from the Tampere Institute of Visual Communication as a Master photographer. Jana has worked on various photography projects as a documentary photographer, fashion photographer and personal photographer as well as participating in various charity campaigns. 

Through her experience Jana has developed a style that combines street and documentary photography. Her work is based on intuitive storytelling. In her photographs she focuses on capturing the bright side of life; her intention is to lighten everyday life by making humanity visible in her photographs. Her artistic work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions.
